Role Description

This is a full‑time, on‑site Architect role located in Wellesley, MA. The Architect will be responsible for leading project design efforts, developing detailed architectural plans, collaborating with clients to translate ideas into innovative designs, and overseeing project execution aligned with timelines and budgets. Key responsibilities include teamwork with construction teams, adherence to company standards, and maintaining project integrity through all phases.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in architectural design, drafting, and 3D modeling tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Sketch Up
  • Strong understanding of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction methodologies
  • Experience in project management, including budget oversight, scheduling, and coordination with various stakeholders
  • Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and communicate effectively with clients
  • Creative problem‑solving and critical‑thinking capabilities to address design challenges
  • Licensed Architect or holder of a professional degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
  • Experience with design‑build or construction management is a strong plus
  • Commitment to sustainable practices and environmentally conscious design are beneficial
