Adjunct Lecturer, Arts & Humanities

The Arts & Humanities Division at Babson College invites qualified applicants to fill adjunct faculty positions teaching core and elective courses in our undergraduate liberal arts program. The Division serves over 40 faculty and offers a dynamic, interdisciplinary academic environment.

• Teach liberal arts courses in our undergraduate program for the Arts & Humanities Division.
• Take advantage of teaching development through the Center for Engaged Teaching and Learning (CELT) and coaching from colleagues.
• Assume additional responsibilities as required.

• Relevant graduate degree (e.g., MFA, PhD) from an accredited university.
• M.A. or MFA for Writing areas; M.A. in a related field for other scholarly disciplines.
• College teaching experience required for all positions.
• Applicants may be ABD or hold a PhD in the appropriate field.
• Previous college or university teaching experience and/or practical disciplinary/field experience relevant to the course(s) being taught.

• Rate: $7,437 per course equivalency (CE).
