Babson College is seeking a Student Success Advisor to provide academic and personal advising to a diverse population of undergraduate students. The advisor will develop success and graduation plans, track progress, and support students through challenges, utilizing a holistic approach.
This role requires a Master’s degree and at least 2 years of advising experience. Strong interpersonal skills, flexibility, and the ability to work with diverse students are essential. The position includes occasional evening and weekend work and is temporary, from August 3rd to November 13th.
