Locatedin Greater Boston, Mass Bay is a comprehensive, open-access community college,offering associate degrees and certificate programs on three campuses in Wellesley Hills, Framingham, and Ashland, Massachusetts.
The ideal candidate will join a vibrant educational community and have a desire and ability to serve a population of students with various needs and backgrounds. This is a part-time,student employment position with no benefits. Working in close collaboration with the staff, this important position will provide Support the front desk operations of the Academic Achievement Center (AAC).
KeyResponsibilities and Duties:
- Support the front desk operations of the AAC;
- Support the virtual operations of the AAC;
- Provide outreach to students who may have trouble accessing resources or services at the college who contact the AAC;
- Create foundational guiding materials to assist student workers who may cover desk and virtual operations;
- Be culturally responsive to individual needs and identities;
- Provide other assistance as requested;
- Other duties as assigned.

Salary Range:
$19 per hour
Classification:Student employee
