PAY RATE $15/hour

Orientation Leaders assist new Global Scholars in their transition to Babson College and life in the U.S. They serve as role models, provide support during orientation, and help first-year students integrate into the campus community.

• Serve as a positive role model for new Global Scholars.
• Attend and actively participate in the four-day Global Scholar Orientation in August 2026, prior to Babson’s general undergraduate orientation.
• Assist with the organization, preparation, implementation, and evaluation of orientation activities.
• Introduce new students to campus services and off-campus resources.
• Maintain communication with new scholars via Whats App or other platforms.
• Encourage new students to engage fully in the university environment.
• While the role officially finishes once orientation concludes, first-year Globies may look to their leaders as trusted confidants.
• Assume additional responsibilities as required.

YOUR TEAM WILL INCLUDE NA

• Must be living on campus for Fall 2026 (early move-in required).
• Leaders must arrive on August 22nd, 2026 (date subject to confirmation).
• Fully available from Sunday, August 23th to Wednesday, August 26th.
