Adventure Camp Counselor

With many different programs to choose from, all united under the name LINX Camps, campers and staff have a wide variety of interests and activities to choose from.

• July 6th‑August 14th (plus a training week that you get paid for)
• 8:00 am‑4:30 pm Monday‑Friday.

Spy Camp Counselors create an immersive, high‑energy environment where campers become “secret agents” solving mysteries, cracking codes, and completing team‑based missions. Counselors guide campers through a mix of physical challenges, problem‑solving activities, and traditional camp fun, fostering teamwork, confidence, and critical thinking skills.

This role is ideal for individuals who are enthusiastic, creative, and enjoy engaging children through imaginative, hands‑on experiences.

• Code breaking and decoding challenges.
• Agility and obstacle training (e.g., laser crossing, maze navigation).
• Communication exercises (e.g., invisible messaging, eavesdropping simulations).
• Forensic‑style activities like fingerprint analysis.

Our mission is to provide the best day camp experience for each member of every family and we hire counselors who are eager to help us be the best! Under the guise of a traditional day camp, LINX Camps is alive with innovation and creativity. Our general camps support the growth of our youngest campers. Our specialty camps — Spy, Ninja Warrior, DIY, Dance Battles, Broadway Theater, and All‑Star Sports are just a few examples — build character and shape the passions of our older campers.

Each week is packed with rituals, traditions, sing‑alongs, and spirit competitions which are big reasons why campers (and counselors) eagerly return each year.
