Located in Greater Boston, Mass Bay is a comprehensive, open-access community college offering associate degrees and certificate programs on three campuses in Wellesley Hills, Framingham, and Ashland, Massachusetts.

Position Summary:

The ideal candidate will join a vibrant and inclusive educational community and have adesire and ability to work with a diverse population. This is a part-time, student employment position with no benefits. This student employee will serve as a customer service representative, staffing the front desk for the Recreation and Wellness Centeron the Wellesley campus, and will have some duties in the Athletics Department.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Greet every student, staff, and faculty member that enters the RWC;
• Instruct RWC users on how to sign in and out;
• Assist in maintaining the equipment in RWC (wiping down machines, etc);
• File and organize documents;
• Assist students with questions that they may have.

Required Qualifications:

• A working experience in customer service;

Salary Range:$19 per hour

This is a grant funded position, and position is contingent on funding.
