My boutique tax firm client in Wellesley, MA is adding to staff and seeking a Tax Director or Tax Manager (they are open to hiring at either level).
Initial onsite work would be 1-2x per week, but after training and ramp up, it can decrease down to 1x per month.
This person will be part of a 12 person team and will manage/review junior tax team members work and perform returns for high net worth individuals, partnerships and S-Corps. The firm has an excellent culture and is doing very well and growing.
Qualified applicants must have:
- 6+ years of tax experience, specifically within HNW, partnerships and S-Corps
Compensation varies on the level, as looking for $180-200K at the Director level or $160-180K at the Manager level.
