We are seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Operations Associate to support a growing wealth management and financial services practice. This individual will play a key role in managing client service and operational processes for a Financial Advisor and related risk and insurance product lines. The Operations Associate will work closely with leadership and business operations to ensure a seamless client experience while maintaining accuracy and efficiency across financial and insurance transactions.

- Support a Financial Advisor and broader financial services practice with day-to-day client service and operational activities.
- Process and track wire transfers and other money movement requests.
- Facilitate new account openings and ensure all documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Prepare, submit, and monitor insurance applications through the underwriting process.
- Track outstanding underwriting requirements and coordinate with clients, carriers, and internal team members to obtain needed information.
- Serve as a client-facing point of contact, providing exceptional service and timely communication.
- Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with firm policies and procedures.
- Assist with operational workflows, follow-up tasks, and administrative support to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Coordinate with advisors, operations staff, and other team members to support business objectives and client needs.
- 2+ years of experience in financial services, wealth management, insurance, banking, or a related operations role.
- Experience with account opening, wire transfers, money movement, and client service.
- Experience processing insurance applications and tracking underwriting is highly preferred.
- Strong client-facing communication and relationship management skills.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM or financial services platforms.
- Experience with Northwestern Mutual is a strong plus.
- Securities licenses are not required;
Series 7 sponsorship may be available for candidates interested in obtaining licensing.
