- Build and nurture client relationships through networking events and portfolio management, ensuring consistent communication and progress tracking.
- Understand clients' financial objectives and risk tolerance to devise personalized strategies, offering clear recommendations and guidance.
- Discuss financial products and services tailored to clients' unique situations.
- In-office presence required.

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent skills and work experience.
- State Life & Health, SIE, Series 7, Series 66 licensing.
- Values-driven with a track record of success and accomplishment.

- Ability to work with and learn from top performers.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
- FINRA sponsorship provided for required FINRA licensing.
- 120‑day hands‑on training during the Preliminary Employment Period (PEP).
- Access to Equitable Advisors' Virtual University for continuous learning.

- Personalized coaching from a local Vice President.
- Access to Leadership Development School for those with management ambition.
- Encouragement to pursue professional designations such as CFP®, ChFC and Equitable Advisors’ Credentialed Holistic Financial Coach program.
- Sign‑On Payment Eligibility: $250‑$1,000 after signing the PEP agreement, based on a 120‑day timeline for successful completion of company‑sponsored FINRA licenses and registrations.
- Stable Pay:
As a 20th Edition financial professional, you will receive biweekly stable pay for up to your first 24 months, based on a 40‑hour workweek, with $33,400 annually. - Commissions and bonus eligibility in addition to stable pay.
- Benefits eligibility for health, dental and vision, 401(k), ESPP, disability, life insurance, and transportation reimbursement incentive program (TRIP), subject to program terms and conditions.
