• As an Automotive Business Manager, you'll play a key leadership role in the customer buying experience.
• Present financing, leasing, and protection products with professionalism and transparency
• Build strong relationships with lending partners
• Ensure every transaction meets federal, state, lender, and dealership compliance requirements
• Partner with Sales Managers to deliver an exceptional customer experience
• Prepare accurate contracts and funding documentation
• Maintain exceptional customer satisfaction while maximizing profitability
