Role DescriptionThis is an on-site role in Wellesley, MA for a Sports/Performance Physical Therapist. Responsibilities include assessing and treating injuries, developing personalized rehabilitation plans, injury prevention programs, and collaborating with other High Performance Team Members. We are an OON Provider here at Bando Physical Therapy which allows our team to work closely and intensively with patient populations. This team member will be the lead in driving business outcomes for themselves and for the company.
Experience and comfort level in marketing, social media content creation and thinking far beyond clinical outcomes is a must.
- Experience working with athletes in the range of youth to professional and/or high performing adult populations.
- Knowledge and experience in the world of Sports Performance and Return to Play demands.
- Proficient with various forms of assessment technology (1080
Sprint, Force plates, Biodex, HHD, Internal and External load management, etc) - Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with athletes, performance coaches, Orthopedic and Sports Medicine Physicians and other performance physical therapists.
- Experience and interests working in any of the following "niches" (Endurance Sports, Women's Health/Pelvic Care, Golf/TPI credentialed.
- Experience working with athletes is strongly preferred
- Highly self driven and organized.
- A strong "motor" to join a fast paced team in helping achieve Bando Physical Therapy's goals for 2026 and beyond.
