As Distribution Operations Coordinator, you'll be at the center of Island Way's supply chain operations — collaborating across departments, customer locations, and 3PL portals to keep product flowing efficiently across North American markets. You'll own exception management, freight invoice auditing, and shipment tracking while supporting broader process optimization efforts that improve overall supply chain performance.

You're an experienced supply chain professional with deep knowledge of logistics and distribution in a CPG environment. You're comfortable with ambiguity, energized by problem-solving, and bring an exceptionally high level of comfort working with Excel. You communicate clearly with stakeholders at all levels and know how to use data to tell the story.
