The General Manager/Chief Operating Officer (GM/COO) of Wellesley Country Club serves as the club’s strategic and operational leader, responsible for delivering an exceptional member experience and overseeing all day‑to‑day operations. This role blends high‑level vision with hands‑on management—guiding department heads, ensuring financial strength, maintaining premier golf, racquets, dining, and recreational facilities, and upholding the club’s culture and standards. Wellesley Country Club (WCC) is located in the heart of Norfolk County in Wellesley, Massachusetts, sixteen miles from downtown Boston and adjacent to the campus of Babson College. The club is searching for a new General Manager/Chief Operating Officer for one of the region’s premier private clubs.

The GM/COO opportunity offers a rare chance to lead one of the region’s most respected private clubs. The new GM/COO will work collaboratively with an accomplished Board of Governors, directors, a dedicated leadership team, and a highly engaged membership to strengthen the club’s culture and ensure its continued prominence and success for generations to come.
