• Forecast, schedule, and oversee production activities across multiple sites to ensure project timelines are met.
• Manage and lead shop floor staff, ensuring efficient workflow and resource allocation.
• Coordinate trades, sub-trades, and the internal Production department to drive projects to completion.
• Leverage ERP software to track production jobs, manage inventory flow, process shipments/receipts, and organize procurement data.
• Oversee procurement of project-specific parts and maintain consistent stock levels of commonly used components.
• Arrange and monitor logistics, including the delivery and pickup of products to ensure on-time arrival.
• Collaborate with Inventory teams to ensure accurate reporting of stock movements and inventory flow.
• Coordinate with Engineering on build instructions, Bills of Materials (BOMs), and necessary project revisions.
• Partner with Sales and Service teams to align on project expectations, delivery schedules, and new equipment commissioning.
• Work closely with Accounting to facilitate timely invoicing of completed projects and ensure financial accuracy.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding sold projects, providing updates and managing expectations.
• Demonstrate adaptability by tackling ad-hoc challenges and resolving operational roadblocks as they arise.

• Strong computer aptitude with the ability to quickly learn new software programs and procedures.
• Comfort in a fast-paced and constantly changing working environment.
• Ability to produce consistent quality of work under pressure.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional time management skills.
• Ability to identify and solve problems through meticulous planning and careful execution with little to no oversight or direction.
• Great attention to detail.
• A team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills (English).
• Strong consideration will be given to individuals with experience in any/all of the following areas:
  Management & Leadership, Production/Manufacturing management, Automotive, mechanical, or electrical parts, Power generation, Post-secondary education or equivalent work experience.
