Orbital Welder

Great opportunity for an Orbital Welder to support the manufacturing and assembly of precision aerospace components and propulsion systems. This role requires performing high-quality orbital welds on tubing and assemblies while following detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and manufacturing procedures.

• Perform orbital welding on precision tubing and aerospace assemblies.
• Set up, operate, and maintain orbital welding equipment.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and work instructions.
• Inspect completed welds to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
• Work with stainless steel and other aerospace-grade materials.
• Maintain accurate production and quality documentation.
• Follow all safety procedures and manufacturing guidelines.
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams to support production goals.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

• Experience performing orbital welding in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and welding specifications.
• Experience working with precision components and tight tolerances.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to use measuring and inspection tools.
• Experience in aerospace, semiconductor, medical device, or high-purity manufacturing environments is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Experience welding stainless steel tubing and assemblies.
• Familiarity with quality standards and inspection processes.
• Mechanical aptitude and experience working with precision manufacturing equipment.
