Dialogue and Campus Partner Assistant

Pay Rate: $15/hr
Supports program development and student engagement by coordinating community conversations and building relationships with campus partners.
What You Will Do- Program Coordination (Community Conversations) Schedule and confirm weekly facilitators and discussion topics Ensure topics are finalized in a timely manner
- Campus Engagement & Partnerships Build relationships with student clubs and organizations Coordinate collaborative and co-facilitated Community Conversations Attend campus events to promote visibility and engagement Identify and share partnership opportunities with your supervisor
- Engagement Strategy Develop ideas to increase attendance and participation Gather informal feedback to improve programming
- Awareness & Outreach Programming Support heritage month and awareness-related tabling/events Collaborate with Marketing on outreach efforts
- Space Contribution Update and maintain the Heritage Board monthly
- Additional Duties Support office events and initiatives Facilitate community conversations as needed Weekly office hours as needed Assume additional responsibilities as required.

- Must have strong computer skills including proficiency in Google Drive/Docs and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook/Calendar).
