Job Summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a Home Health position in Wellesley Hills, Massachusetts. This role involves performing home visits for adult and geriatric clients throughout the Greater Boston area.

Base Pay: $60.00–$68.00 per point, plus weekend differential.

Sign‑on Bonus: $10,000.00.

• Follow a designated care plan in accordance with patient needs.
• Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories.
• Administer medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures.
• Monitor clients’ conditions and report changes to Clinical or Client Services Manager.
• Follow up on, execute, and properly document doctors’ orders.
• Perform client assessments as needed.
• Case management and coordination.
• Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations using a touchpad tablet.

• Current license as a Registered Nurse in Massachusetts.
• Graduated from an accredited and approved nursing program.
• One year of recent clinical experience as a licensed RN.
• Prior Home Health visit experience and OASIS experience strongly preferred.
