40 hours weekly, Monday–Friday
- Manage and oversee daily clinical operations in a service line across one or more practice locations. Duties include clinical leadership, patient and employee safety, quality care, fiscal management, and personnel management while partnering with service line chiefs, operations leaders, and local administration to advance patient care standards.
- Supervise RNs and LPNs, ensuring compliance with legal parameters and collective bargaining agreements. Serve as a nursing resource and operations partner in quality improvement, regulatory compliance, safety, and professional development.
- Act as an administrative leader for two or more sites or departments, guiding a large number of direct reports or complex clinical practices such as high‑level disinfection and moderate sedation.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing or current enrollment in a BSN program with expected completion within one year of hire
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
- Current RN license in the State of Massachusetts
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- 3+ years of demonstrated clinical experience in a relevant nursing area
- 1+ year of leadership/charge nurse experience in a clinical setting
- Experience in telephone nursing within an ambulatory practice setting
- Proficiency with software applications such as Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.
- Certification in a practice specialty or leadership, with an expectation to sit for certification within four years of hire
- 3+ years of leadership/charge nurse experience in a clinical setting
- Management or leadership experience in a nursing collective bargaining environment
- Working knowledge of organizational systems and operations; collaborative and team‑oriented communication; strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills; commitment to collaboration and teamwork principles.
Pay ranges from $72,800 to $130,000 annually based on full‑time employment, with additional benefits including a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase, and 401(k) contribution. Benefits are subject to eligibility requirements.
