Smart Home Install Technician

Job Summary

Work with other installers as well as independently to complete installation of audio/video (A/V) and smart home solutions. This job requires an individual who is willing to learn on the job and takes instructions well. This job will be a good fit if you are someone who fits the following criteria:

• Basic understanding of smart home technology OR a strong desire to learn the A/V industry
• Ability to use hand and power tools
• Self-motivated and task-driven
• Strong problem-solving skills

Insight into what this job will entail:

• Complete one-room A/V installs and setup
• Basic troubleshooting of A/V installs and control systems
• Hang and set up TV and soundbar installations
• Set up and troubleshoot Sonos equipment
• Detailed, organized, and multitask driven
• Overtime required on an as needed basis

Compensation: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
