About the Role

Our client is seeking a skilled and reliable Site Welder / Fabricator with strong experience in MIG and TIG welding
. This role involves on-site fabrication, installation, repairs, and general welding work across a variety of industrial, commercial, and construction environments.

The ideal candidate will be confident working independently, able to interpret drawings, and capable of producing clean, high-quality welds with a focus on safety and accuracy.

• Perform MIG and TIG welding to a high standard
• Carry out on-site fabrication and installation work
• Read and interpret technical drawings and measurements
• Fabricate, assemble, and fit metal components
• Complete repairs, modifications, and maintenance tasks
• Ensure safe working practices at all times
• Work collaboratively with site teams, contractors, and supervisors

• Proven experience in both MIG and TIG welding
• Strong fabrication skills and competent use of workshop tools
• Ability to work on-site and manage work independently
• Experience with stainless steel, mild steel, and aluminium
• Ability to problem-solve and adapt to on-site challenges
• Understanding of health and safety procedures
• Full UK driving licence (preferred)
• CSCS card (advantage but not essential)

• Reliable and punctual individual with a professional attitude
• High attention to detail and pride in workmanship
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work to deadlines without compromising quality
