Vehicle Maintenance Technician

We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Vehicle Maintenance Technician.

• Perform service and repair of company fleet in line with planned maintenance schedules to ensure vehicles and trailers are safe, legal and fit for duties.
• Complete signed service and inspection records.
• Complete defect reports and associated paperwork to comply with legal requirements.
• Prepare vehicles and trailers for annual MOT testing to ensure first‑time pass.
• Perform ad‑hoc vehicle repairs, investigate and rectify vehicle defects.

• Relevant skill and applicable licences, e.g., LGV C&E licence (class one).
• Knowledge of the use and operation of all automotive equipment and testing/troubleshooting equipment.
• Ability to lift and manoeuvre heavy vehicle components.
• Experience with welding and basic D.C. electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Valid driving licence.

Hours per week: 40

Shift pattern: Days 09:30–18:00
