We're looking for a proactive Forklift Driver - General Operative to join our busy production and distribution team. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and want to be part of a company that values safety, quality, and teamwork - this is the opportunity for you.

• Operating high-speed bagging lines to produce high-quality, retail-ready products.
• Providing forklift support to keep production lines running efficiently.
• Managing stock movements and loading heavy goods vehicles for despatch.
• Supporting shovel driver duties (following training) and stepping in where needed.
• Completing all required documentation accurately and on time.
• Following daily production plans and supply picking tickets.
• Maintaining and optimising machinery to ensure smooth operations.
• Adhering to all Health & Safety procedures and safe systems of work.

• A valid forklift licence - essential.
• A hands-on, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn.
• A strong focus on quality, safety, and efficiency.
