Due to continued growth and a strong forward order book, we are now looking to recruit experienced Pitched Roofers to join our team.

You will be working on a variety of residential and commercial roofing projects, carrying out all aspects of pitched roofing from strip‑out through to final finish. You will be expected to work to a high standard, follow drawings and specifications, and deliver consistently neat and watertight roofs.

This is a hands‑on role suited to experienced tradespeople who take pride in their work and want to be part of a professional, well‑run company.

• Strip, prepare and install pitched roofing systems
• Install and replace slate and tile roofs to a high standard
• Carry out leadwork and roof detailing, including valleys, flashings, soakers, abutments, chimneys and dormers
• Fit breathable membranes, battens, verge systems, ridges and fixings
• Ensure roofs are installed to manufacturer specifications and Building Regulations
• Identify and rectify roofing defects
• Maintain clean, safe and organised work areas
  
  Work professionally on occupied sites and client properties
• Represent Minerva Roofing Ltd positively at all times

• Proven experience in pitched roofing
• Strong background in slating, tiling and roof detailing
• Confident carrying out leadwork to a high standard
• Good understanding of roofing systems, materials and best practice
• Ability to read drawings and follow specifications
• High attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
• Good timekeeping, reliability and a strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team

A driving licence is preferred as work is across Devon and the South West.
