Commercial Carpenters - Data Center Project (Cheyenne, WY)

Pay: $28.00 - $33.00/hour, depending on experience

Per Diem: $100/day worked (for employees living 75+ miles from the project site)

Schedule:

40-60+ hours per week with overtime available

We are hiring experienced Commercial Carpenters to support the construction of a large-scale data center project in Cheyenne, WY. This is a long-term opportunity to join a high-performing commercial construction team, work consistent hours, and earn strong weekly pay with overtime.

• Interpret blueprints, layouts, and construction drawings
• Build, install, and dismantle concrete forms for foundations, grade beams, slabs, columns, and walls
• Construct temporary jobsite structures including stairs, handrails, walkways, barricades, and safety protection systems
• Perform layout work, measurements, cutting, and assembly of materials
• Ensure work is completed safely, accurately, and according to project specifications
• Assist with material handling, site organization, and general construction activities as needed

To be considered, candidates should have:

• 3+ years of commercial carpentry experience
• Strong knowledge of concrete formwork and structural concrete construction
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings
• Experience with temporary protection systems, framing, and layout work
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Reliable transportation and steel-toed boots
• Strong commitment to jobsite safety and quality workmanship

• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification
• Data center, industrial, manufacturing, power, or infrastructure construction experience
• Experience working alongside concrete crews and form setters
• Experience on large-scale commercial construction projects

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $30.00/hr individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
