Supply Chain Coordinator

Salary: $63,000 - $67,000 + Robust Benefits

• Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and internal teams (procurement, production, sales, finance) to ensure timely delivery and efficient operations and align with corporate‑level supply chain initiatives.
• Maintain inventory levels and monitor KPIs/CPIs to track supply chain performance.
• Process purchase orders from order entry to final delivery.
• Identify and resolve issues within the supply chain, such as transportation delays, inventory discrepancies, or supplier issues, to prevent disruptions.
• Use data analytics tools such as Power BI or Tableau to analyze ERP (Syspro) data and implement solutions to optimize costs, service levels, and process efficiency.
• Ensure proper documentation of all shipments, orders, and transactions, complying with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Work to minimize supply chain costs through better vendor selection, negotiation, and more efficient logistical practices.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, managing risk associated with suppliers, logistics providers, and distribution.
• Identify areas for process improvements, implement new strategies, and leverage technology to enhance supply chain performance.

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, supply chain, or another related field.
• 4+ years of experience in supply chain management, logistics, or a similar role‑ desired.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (Syspro, SAP, Oracle, or similar), Microsoft Office Suite, and strong Excel skills.
• Experience with BI/data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau to create dashboards and analyze supply chain performance.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills to assess supply chain performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and ensure accuracy.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of transportation, import/export regulations, and compliance requirements for domestic and international shipments is a plus.
• Experience coordinating across corporate/group‑level supply chain initiatives is a plus.
