Responsibilities- Audit invoice for accuracy and proper coding; ensure internal approvals are obtained.
- Maintain accurate vendor records.
- Assist with general ledger support, including journal entries and reconciliations (e.g., cash accruals, prepaids, fixed asset depreciation).
- Contribute to month‑end close activities and assist with internal and external audits.
- Support adherence to internal controls and SOX compliance procedures.
- Work independently, demonstrating attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Assist with other general accounting and reporting tasks as needed.

- 3–5 years of AP or accounting experience in a corporate setting; healthcare industry experience preferred.
- AA or bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of AP processes, internal controls, and SOX compliance.
- Highly detail‑oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Clear and professional communication skills; comfortable collaborating cross‑functionally and with external vendors.
- Advanced Excel/MS Office skills are must.
