Position: Merkle | Growth Operations Assistant (Sales Operations)
Merkle Aotearoa are a proud brand within the dentsu group, Asia Pacific’s largest and most awarded agency network, and are a leading consulting firm specialising in delivering experience led digital transformation for our enterprise customers. In this role, you will sit at the centre of our sales, customer, and delivery operations - enabling Merkle’s growth by ensuring strong sales process discipline, excellent customer‑facing documentation, and seamless coordination of RFP activity.

You will support the sales teams while working closely with engagement managers, account leads, and our wider customer success community. play a key role in ensuring our pipeline, client interactions, and bid responses are of exceptional quality. Familiarity with Salesforce or another CRM platform; comfortable managing pipeline data. Experience supporting RFPs, tenders, bids, or professional sales/pitch responses. Exceptionally strong organisational skills, stakeholder management, managing deadlines, and ensuring follow‑through.
