Lead all day-to-day operations — staffing, scheduling, performance, and execution — to deliver a high-performing site.

Create an environment where the team works together, handles conflict constructively, and holds each other to the standard without you having to manage every interaction.
Be present a minimum of 45 hours per week. Own your site's sales, labor, and operational metrics — understand the numbers, speak to the gaps, and course-correct before small issues become bigger ones.
Enforce all safety protocols and ensure a safe environment for customers and team members at all times.
Maintain equipment, minimize downtime, and ensure everything is running reliably.
Analyze reports, financials, and performance metrics to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement.
Proven leadership experience in a managerial or supervisory role — car wash, automotive, or service industry preferred
Strong talent developer — you build people up, retain top performers, and create succession depth
Financial literacy — you understand labor, revenue, and cost drivers and can walk through your numbers
Operationally excellent — you balance speed, safety, quality, and efficiency without tradeoffs
Comfortable being the decision-maker when things go wrong — you don't wait
Culture builder — you address team conflict directly and constructively; you don't let it fester
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and operational reporting systems
Knowledge of car wash equipment, maintenance, and safety practices or willingness to learn quickly
Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred
Customer-Centric Approach — Sets service expectations, coaches team members on customer interactions, and addresses service issues quickly.
Problem-Solving — Resolves operational issues, supports team problem solving, and escalates when needed.

Safety & Compliance — Ensures safety standards are followed, corrects unsafe behaviors, and promotes a safe work culture.
Job Knowledge & Technical Proficiency — Maintains strong operational knowledge and ensures the team is trained on procedures and systems.
