Family-owned site development contractor in Palm Beach County is seeking an AGTEK Takeoff Specialist (in-office or remote) due to an internal promotion.

Responsible for creating 3D site models, performing earthwork quantity takeoffs, and preparing accurate bids from construction plans. Must have experience with AGTEK for earthwork takeoffs. Ideal candidates will have a background in sitework, grading, earthwork, utilities, paving, concrete, or heavy civil construction.
Seeking individuals with a stable work history and the ability to pass a background check.
