Keyhook needs someone who can shoot, cut, and publish great video content — fast. If you can turn real moments into punchy startup-style content, you'll win here.

• Edit fast: short-form video for Socials (and other channels as needed). Long form content for testimonials/case studies.
• Create scroll-stopping content: clips, captions, thumbnails, simple motion/graphics.
• Own the cadence: plan the weekly content, publish it, learn what works, repeat.

You'll travel regularly around NZ to capture content. Expect a few days most months, sometimes more around launches/events. Overnights will happen.

• Proven ability to create strong video content end-to-end (shoot + edit + publish).
• Great taste: you know what looks modern, clean, and engaging.
• Speed + ownership: you don't need hand-holding.
• Confidence talking to people and pulling a good story out of them.

You're creative, organised, and comfortable owning things end-to-end.

You will thrive in this role if you:

• Have experience creating quality content in a startup, SaaS, or tech environment.
• Are a strong writer with great instincts for tone and clarity.
• Enjoy talking to customers and pulling great stories out of conversations.
• Can juggle multiple content streams without dropping the ball.
• Care about quality, accuracy, and how things land with the audience.
• Like working in a fast-moving environment where things evolve quickly.

Bonus points if you have experience with video, photography, or basic design tools.
