Early Childhood Dance Teacher - Wellington, FL

Are you a passionate dance instructor who loves working with children? Ensemble Schools is looking for an experienced Early Childhood Dance Instructor to inspire and nurture the next generation of students at Vantage Pointe Dance Studios. Our growing studio in Wellington, FL, focuses on providing quality instruction in a safe environment. We're seeking instructors who can deliver engaging, in-person lessons and contribute to the vibrant dance community.

This teacher would teach early childhood tap/ballet combo class, jazz, and acro. The schedule is as follows -

Monday: 4:00-5:00
Tuesday: 4:00-6:00
Wednesday: 4:00-6:00
Thursday: 6:00-7:00

• Instructing students in ballet, tap, jazz and acro at an early childhood level;
• Developing and implementing lesson plans tailored to individual and group needs.
• Choreographing routines for our biannual performances.
• Fostering a positive and supportive learning environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Energetic, enthusiastic, and dedicated to the art of teaching dance.
• Provide reliable transportation and pass a routine background check.
• Exhibit traits of dependability, professionalism, enthusiasm, punctuality, and friendliness.

• Post‑secondary dance training experience such as a certificate or degree in dance performance, education, or related fields (not mandatory but a plus).
• Strong background in musical theater required for this position.

Job type: Part‑time

Pay range: $40‑45 per hour commensurate with qualifications and experience
