This is a part‑time remote role for a Mortgage Loan Officer. The Mortgage Loan Officer will assist clients in navigating the loan application process, evaluate their financial information, and identify suitable mortgage options. Responsibilities include guiding clients through loan programs, ensuring compliance with underwriting guidelines, and establishing relationships with real estate agents and related professionals. The role emphasizes excellent customer service and a commitment to helping clients achieve their home financing goals.

• Experience in the Mortgage Industry with knowledge of Mortgage Lending and Loan Officer practices
• Familiarity with Underwriting processes and requirements
• Strong Customer Service skills with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills
• Willingness to work remotely and independently
• Background in real estate or finance is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred but not required
