Connected Hearts Pediatric Therapy is a mobile pediatric practice made up of passionate, licensed Occupational Therapists and Speech-Language Pathologists. We provide therapy in children’s natural environments—homes, schools, and daycares—throughout Palm Beach County. Our mission is to combine clinical expertise with genuine connection, offering family-centered, neurodiversity-affirming care that celebrates each child’s strengths.

We’re looking for an Occupational Therapist who values flexibility, independence, and meaningful work. You’ll have the freedom to create your own schedule while providing therapy that truly makes a difference in children’s daily lives.

• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide engaging, evidence-based therapy in home, school, and community settings.
• Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, and educators to support generalization and carryover.
• Use a strengths-based, neurodiversity-affirming approach to meet each child where they are.
• Offer caregiver education and practical strategies that fit real-life routines.

• Licensed Occupational Therapist in the state of Florida.
• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Experience working with children (preferred).
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Compassionate, creative, and self-motivated clinician.
• Background or training in Sensory Integration or sensory processing (preferred).

• This is a mobile position—sessions take place in homes, schools, and community settings.
• We do not have a physical clinic location.
