FMG are looking for an organised, people‑focused People & Culture Coordinator to join our Wellington‑based People & Culture team.
About the roleSitting within our People Advisory team, as our P&C Coordinator, you’ll provide high‑quality coordination, system administration and customer‑focused support to leaders and employees across the business. You’ll be the Teams go‑to for Workday administration and people processes, while also contributing to recruitment coordination, payroll support and continuous improvement of P&C workflows.
What you’ll be doingIn this varied and hands‑on role, you’ll:
- Maintain accurate employee data and manage people processes in Workday, including onboarding, changes and exits
- Support key people processes such as parental leave and changes to terms and conditions
- Provide recruitment coordination support, ensuring a positive and professional experience for candidates
- Keep People Advisory content on our intranet up to date and accurate
- Deliver excellent internal customer service to leaders and employees across FMG
You will have a strong administration or coordination background (ideally within HR) with experience using Workday a must!
You’ll also have:
- High attention to detail and confidence working with data and documentation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to juggle competing priorities and adapt in a changing environment
- An understanding of confidentiality, compliance and best‑practice people processes
