Our LDV Service Centre in Wellington is seeking a Service Advisor to join our Aftersales team. In this position you will play a pivotal role providing essential guidance and support to our valued customers. You’ll empower and inspire a high-performing, collaborative team of diverse and talented professionals, driving performance and championing innovation and fresh thinking to deliver on us accelerate+ strategy.

• Greeting and assisting customers promptly and professionally.
• Conducting vehicle assessments and diagnosing issues.
• Recommending necessary repairs and maintenance.
• Explaining service recommendations in a clear and understandable manner.
• Coordinating service appointments and managing work orders.
• Ensuring accurate billing and payment processing.

• Deep knowledge of the automotive industry and the Aftersales, workshop environment
• Experience working in fast paced environment
• Experience working in Customer Service and Sales environment
