Role Overview
This is a full-time, live-out Housekeeper position within a structured, high-functioning private household. The role requires an experienced professional who works independently, demonstrates strong judgment, and maintains the residence to exceptional standards without supervision.
The schedule includes Saturday and Sunday plus three additional weekdays
, coordinated weekly by the House Manager. This position is 40 hours per week with potential overtime
. Flexibility is a core requirement, including the ability to stay overnight when requested.
The family maintains multiple properties throughout Palm Beach County
. The primary residence is in Wellington with a farm
, but the Housekeeper must be fully flexible to work at properties in Boca Raton and Palm Beach as needed.
Compensation is $40 per hour plus full benefits

Perform detailed, high-standard housekeeping and daily home maintenance
Laundry and garment care, including linens, fine fabrics, and wardrobe upkeep
Maintain organization across all living spaces, storage areas, and household systems
Ensure all properties remain guest-ready and operating at peak standard
Work collaboratively as part of a housekeeping team, maintaining strong communication and efficiency
Follow weekly scheduling direction from the House Manager and adapt to property needs
Provide care for household dogs, including letting them outside
Support general household operations to ensure smooth day-to-day function
Maintain flexibility for schedule adjustments, extended hours, and occasional overnight stays
Provide housekeeping support at the family’s farm property
, including:Cleaning offices
Maintaining cleanliness in and around the barn environment
Proven private home or estate housekeeping experience in high-end residences
Experience working as part of a household staff team
Strong attention to detail with elevated cleaning and home care standards
Comfortable working around farm environments, barns, and animals
Ability to work independently while also integrating into a team structure
Professional discretion and respect for privacy
Comfortable in a home environment with children, staff, and pets
Valid driver’s license and confident driving ability
Physically capable of performing full housekeeping duties
Reliable, adaptable, and solutions-oriented
