Your Role at a Glance
- Schedule
: 12‑hour shifts, rotating weekends - Staffing Model
:- 4.5 Neonatologists providing 24/7 in‑house coverage
- 2.3 mid‑level providers covering NICU during the day
- 1.5 mid‑level providers covering the newborn nursery during daytime hours
- Responsibilities
:- Care for full‑term and late preterm infants in the newborn nursery
- Attend high‑risk deliveries
- Oversee daily responsibilities in the nursery
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver evidence‑based care
WRMC is a 233‑bed acute care hospital serving western Palm Beach County, offering advanced neonatal intensive care through a 25‑bed Level III NICU, with a focus on evidence‑based protocols, neonatologist‑attended high‑risk deliveries, and specialized care for 23‑30‑week premature infants.
Qualifications- Current APRN national specialty certification
- Minimum of a master’s degree
