LPN, LPN​/LVN, RN Nurse

Responsibilities

• Maintain a professional manner with patients, physicians, staff, and the general public while in the work environment.
• Provide direct nursing care for identified patients.
• Perform nursing assessments and triage for new and current patients as instructed.
• Provide education to patients through verbal instruction and printed materials.
• Schedule surgical procedures at facilities.
• Assist surgeons with minor office procedures, including setup, specimen collection, and coordinating pickup.
• Identify patients and ensure appropriate patient charts are utilized.
• Observe first signs of any complications, report to the physician, and document the report.
• Provide patient care and comfort necessary for procedures.
• Deliver clear and concise instructions appropriate to the level of patient comprehension.
• Assist surgeons with callbacks of results and address any patient concerns.
• Familiar with OSHA requirements and protocols.

• Arrive on schedule and reliably complete assigned tasks in a timely and accurate manner.
• Direct questions to the proper individuals at the proper time.
• Accept responsibility for actions and be willing to lend assistance where needed.
• Exhibit good follow‑through on tasks given.

• Current LPN license in good standing.
• 1–3 years of proven experience in a related clinical field.
• Active participation as part of the center’s team.

• Must properly control the release of proprietary and confidential information.
