RN Pediatric Home Care

Overview

Home Heart Florida is hiring compassionate RNs and LPNs for pediatric private‑duty home care. You will provide one‑on‑one nursing care to medically fragile children in their own homes – helping kids thrive and supporting their families.

• Deliver skilled nursing care, including assessments, medication administration, and creating individual care plans.
• Support children who may need trach/vent, G‑tube care, suctioning, or seizure monitoring.
• Document care accurately and communicate with the care team and family.

• Active Florida RN or LPN license.
• Pediatric or home‑care experience is a plus – training will be provided for the right candidate.
• Reliable, dependable, and able to build strong relationships with families.
• Current CPR certification and ability to pass background and license checks.

• Flexible scheduling – days, nights, and weekends; full‑time, part‑time, or PRN options.
• One‑on‑one care and a real relationship with your patient.
• A supportive clinical team that has your back.
