About the jobIn this role, you’ll support the delivery of Comply With’s marketing and sales strategies.
You’ll perform a range of tasks supporting our marketing events, campaigns, and digital activities, together with helping to track and follow up on our sales leads.
You’ll have the opportunity to help us develop and refine our sales processes – taking on more responsibilities in the sales cycle if you wish.
Reporting to the Managing Director, who leads the marketing and sales functions, there will be opportunities to grow your career with Comply With as our business grows in New Zealand.
This is a full-time role in our Wellington waterfront office.
What you’ll be doingIn this diverse and hands-on role, your work will include:
- Event Coordination:
Plan and manage webinars, our regional customer User Group meetings, our annual customer conference, and the logistics for our attendance at conferences (usually about 3 a year). - Campaign Execution:
Assist in developing and implementing marketing campaigns across digital, social, and print channels. - Content Management:
Create, schedule, and manage content for social media, email newsletters (EDMs), websites, and other materials - Help develop marketing and sales assets and promotional materials – both physical and digital.
- Coordinate and support the sales processes:
Help follow up prospective customers, help prepare and send proposals, and support other steps in the sales process - Database and Inventory:
Maintain and update information in marketing databases and CRM systems. Keep promotional material inventory up to date and well-stocked. Reporting & Analysis: - Help with tracking the performance of marketing campaigns and sales activities, analysing data, and preparing reports for leadership

We’re looking for a person who is highly motivated, ambitious, and practical. You’ll be a ‘doer’ who can work independently when appropriate and also a good collaborator when that’s needed.
You’ll be able to grow with us as Comply With continues to accelerate.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate the following:
- A smart, curious mindset and strong communication skills
- A proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to build rapport and explain ideas clearly
- Great organisational skills and attention to detail
- You’ll have some good practical work experience – ideally in supporting sales and marketing functions, but if not, then other work experience in an area like sales, in a professional environment, or where practical can-do skills and problem solving have been required
- A tertiary qualification which includes marketing or sales-related studies
- A general practical understanding of how social media-based marketing works
- A genuine interest in working in a purpose-driven company that makes the law easier to understand
- A values-driven personality (integrity and trust is core to how we operate) and a doer who loves to get stuff done.
