About the roleWe currently have an exciting opportunity in our Commercial Team as a
Telesales Specialist
. The purpose of this role is to grow George Weston Foods presence in Traditional Route (dairy & fuel) and smaller Grocery stores. You will be an experienced sales professional, who is motivated & driven to make a difference and have the ability to seamlessly switch between managing existing customer relationships and building new relationships via cold calling.
- Developing specific territory sales plans to achieve targets
- Monitoring performance and initiating corrective action as required
- Maximising marketing initiatives and sales
- Achieving company, marketing, and accounting objectives
- Previous Telesales or in-field experience preferred
- Be energetic and passionate about the brands you are selling
- Motivated to meet targets
- Ability to problem solve and adapt to change
