As part of George Weston Foods Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of Associated British Foods plc, Baking Division NZ is a people, quality, customer and consumer focused FMCG, employing over 500 people across New Zealand and at our 3 Bakery sites.

We currently have an exciting opportunity in our Commercial Team as a
Telesales Specialist
. The purpose of this role is to grow George Weston Foods presence in Traditional Route (dairy & fuel) and smaller Grocery stores. You will be an experienced sales professional, who is motivated & driven to make a difference and have the ability to seamlessly switch between managing existing customer relationships and building new relationships via cold calling.

• Developing specific territory sales plans to achieve targets
• Monitoring performance and initiating corrective action as required
• Maximising marketing initiatives and sales
• Achieving company, marketing, and accounting objectives

• Previous Telesales or in-field experience preferred
• Be energetic and passionate about the brands you are selling
• Motivated to meet targets
• Ability to problem solve and adapt to change
