Overview
Senior Specialty Representative – Amgen Sales. Territory covers Boynton Beach, Wellington, Loxahatchee, and Royal Palm in Florida. Relocation is not offered for this role.
We are actively searching for a Senior Specialty Representative to deliver on our commitment to serve patients in Oncology, Inflammation, General Medicine, and Rare Disease therapeutic areas.
Responsibilities- Provide up‑to‑date and comprehensive knowledge of Amgen’s products and effectively communicate clinical benefits to medical professionals to drive appropriate utilization.
- Serve as the primary customer contact, implementing marketing strategy and promoting products under the guidance of the District Manager.
- Achieve territory sales by delivering branded sales messages, conducting planned programs, scheduling and following‑up with medical educational programs, and exceeding sales targets through in‑person and virtual engagement.
- Develop and manage accounts, customizing discussions and interactions based on customer needs, ensuring product access, resolving reimbursement issues, and maintaining product contracts.
- Provide feedback on marketing strategy, analyze business effectiveness and territory performance, and develop territory plans with the District Manager.
- Partner with colleagues to share best practices and continuously learn and grow as a Specialty Representative/Senior Specialty Representative.
- Maintain passion for products throughout the sales cycle, building the brand while keeping focus on patient impact.
- Basic:
Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of sales experience OR Associate degree and 6 years of sales experience OR High school diploma/GED and 8 years of sales experience. - Preferred: 1–3 years of sales, marketing, or clinical experience; pre‑graduate sales or leadership training; demonstrated track record of success under pressure.

- Preferred education:

Annual base salary range: $115,036 – $155,638 USD.
