Security Officer - Afternoon Mobile

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to residents, guests, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report observations according to site guidelines;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the residential community, including common areas, amenities, parking areas, and perimeter locations, noting security-related concerns and/or maintenance issues;
Monitor entry and exit activity at the location, assist with visitor and vendor access procedures, and help to deter unauthorized persons from entering restricted areas;
Support Allied Universal standards by completing assigned reports, documenting incidents, and communicating relevant updates to residents, property staff, and/or local responders as needed
