Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a residential community, where you will conduct routine patrols, support access and visitor activity, and help to deter security-related incidents through a visible presence and strong communication. ** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to residents, guests, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

+ Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report observations according to site guidelines.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the residential community, including common areas, amenities, parking areas, and perimeter locations, noting security-related concerns and/or maintenance issues.

+ Monitor entry and exit activity at the location, assist with visitor and vendor access procedures, and help to deter unauthorized persons from entering restricted areas.

+ Support Allied Universal standards by completing assigned reports, documenting incidents, and communicating relevant updates to residents, property staff, and/or local responders as needed.

* Minimum Requirements:

*
* + Possess 2+ years of law enforcement, military police, and/or corrections experience.

+ Be 21+ years of age.

+ A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

+ Access control and badge experience is preferred.

+ CPR certification is preferred.

+ Guard card is required.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

+ A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
