Security Officer Community Mobile Patrol

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to residents, guests, and/or visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and sharing details with site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership as needed;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout residential communities, common areas, amenities, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify and report suspicious activity and/or property concerns;
Monitor access points and community traffic, assisting with visitor entry procedures, resident inquiries, and/or vendor arrival protocols in accordance with location guidelines;
Support incident reporting and follow-up by preparing clear, timely records of patrol activity, resident interactions, maintenance concerns, and/or security-related events
