** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to residents, guests, and/or visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

+ Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and sharing details with site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership as needed.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout residential communities, common areas, amenities, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify and report suspicious activity and/or property concerns.

+ Monitor access points and community traffic, assisting with visitor entry procedures, resident inquiries, and/or vendor arrival protocols in accordance with location guidelines.

+ Support incident reporting and follow-up by preparing clear, timely records of patrol activity, resident interactions, maintenance concerns, and/or security-related events.

* Minimum Requirements:

*
* + Possess at least 2 years of law enforcement, military police, and/or corrections experience.

+ Be at least 21 years of age.

+ A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

+ Be comfortable using a computer or tablet preferred.

+ Guard card is required.

+ Possess CPR certification preferred.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
