Shift: Day

• Repair hot cooking equipment such as toasters, fryers, grills, exhaust fans, coffee machines, and holding cabinets.

• Repair cold side equipment including shake machines, smoothie machines, fry hoppers, under‑counter refrigerators, walk‑in coolers, freezers, and rooftop A/C units.

• Assist with troubleshooting HVAC issues in urgent situations.

• Perform building maintenance duties involving electrical and plumbing as required.

• Diagnose mechanical problems, determine needed parts, and complete repairs.

• Communicate with restaurant managers, maintenance staff, and supervisors verbally, via text, and through Maintenance X.

• Support restaurant teams during regular hours (normally 8‑6) and be flexible for evenings, holidays, and weekends on a rotating schedule.

• Minimum 3 years of appliance repair experience.

• Experience repairing restaurant equipment is a plus.

• Valid driver’s license and car insurance.

• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds, bend, twist, climb ladders, and use power tools.

• Capacity to work in hot and cold conditions.

• Clean, professional appearance and strong customer service orientation.

• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently and with a team.
