The Dermot Company, LP is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician for the Ryder Place property in Wellington, FL. This on-site role reports to the General Manager and follows a 8am–5pm schedule Monday through Friday, with on-call responsibilities for emergency maintenance as needed.
Responsibilities include ensuring safety and aesthetic standards, diagnosing and resolving plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC, and appliance issues, and completing requests within 24 hours.
