The Dermot Company, LP is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician for its Wellington, FL property. You’ll work with the property team to uphold the community’s aesthetic, ensure safety, and respond to resident needs on-site Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm, with emergency on-call as required.
Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in building maintenance, EPA 608 certification or willingness to obtain, a valid driver’s license, and a focus on customer service, safety, and reliability.
